Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including hiring and training staff, managing inventory, and creating a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as strong management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the store’s operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
Hire and train staff, and create a positive work environment
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
Manage inventory and ensure that the coffee shop is always stocked with the necessary supplies
Create a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
At least 2 - 4 years of management experience in the restaurant of quick-service dining industry
Cafe experience preferred
Strong management and leadership skills
Passion for coffee and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
